Villa Aura B is a 3-bedroom villa located in the Kalamar area of Kalkan. With its close proximity to Kalkan city center and stunning view, our villa stands out as an ideal option for large families and groups of friends.

NOTE 1: Our villa is built in a semi-detached style. Villa Aura A, its twin villa, is located right next to it. The entrances and exits of both villas are completely independent from each other.

NOTE 2: The visuals used belong to Villa Aura A; however, both villas are architecturally identical.

Important Guest Notes:

Pool and garden maintenance of our villa is regularly carried out by staff early every morning.

Electricity, water, gas, internet and daily pool & garden maintenance are included in the accommodation price. Food, transportation and basic necessities are not included.

A refundable damage deposit of 200 GBP is required at check-in for Villa Aura B. If no damage is detected after the necessary checks during check-out, the deposit will be refunded.

For stays less than 6 nights, a cleaning fee of 200 GBP is charged.
