Important Guest Notes

The pool and garden maintenance of our villa is regularly carried out every morning by the staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the accommodation price. Food, transportation, and basic necessities are not included in the accommodation price.

A 5000 TL damage deposit is required at check-in for Villa Cassa and will be refunded. If no damage is detected after the necessary checks during check-out, the deposit amount will be returned to you.

The indoor pool heating system in our villa is optional and can be activated for an additional 1500 TL per day. Guests who wish to benefit from this service must inform us of their heating request at least 3 days before the check-in date. The pool temperature reaches 27–30°C.

For stays under 6 nights, a 7000 TL cleaning fee is required.
