GENERAL INFORMATION

Pool and garden maintenance of the villa is carried out every other day by the responsible staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and the initial cleaning upon check-in are included in the price. Additional cleaning requests, linen and towel changes, transportation, and car rental services are not included.

A refundable security deposit of 5,000 TL is required upon check-in. After check-out, the villa will be inspected, and if no damage is detected, the deposit will be refunded immediately or within 1 week to your account.

The heating system of the indoor pool in our villa can be activated upon request for an additional fee of 1,500 TL per day. The pool temperature reaches between 27–30°C. Guests who wish to use this service are required to inform us at least 3 days prior to their check-in date.

For stays shorter than 7 nights, an additional 10,000 TL cleaning fee is charged.
