Villa Kale 1, whose pool area is not visible from the outside, is suitanle for conservatives families and honeymoon couples.

Details: A refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a dining table for up to 4 people, and all kitchen utensils are well-equipped.

Living Room:  

Details: Comfortable seating, dining table for 4 people, LCD TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, communal toilet.

Bedrooms: 

Bedroom 1: Family Bedroom.

Details:  Double beds, wardrope, bedside cabinet, aircondition, jaccuzi, en-suite bathroom.

Details:  Twin beds, wardrope, bedside cabinet, aircondition, en-suite bathroom.

Clean towels are provided.

Maid service for final cleaning. (and also as when required at extra cost.)

The villa is maintained over day by friends in charge of taking care of the pool and garden.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, first entry cleaning of the villa is included in the price. Services such as extra cleaning request, bed linen change, transportation, car rental, etc. are not included in the price.

For the Villa Kale 1 you will need to pay £ 100 a damage deposit. If you do not have any damage after your exit from the villa, you will be refunded your money.

Our guests who rent the villa are considered to have accepted the terms of the distance sales contract on www.unlimited-holidays.com website.
