Pool and garden maintenance of our villa is regularly carried out by staff early every morning.

Electricity, water, gas, internet and daily pool & garden maintenance are included in the accommodation price. Food, transportation and basic necessities are not included.

A refundable damage deposit of 10,000 TL is required at check-in for Villa Tekin. If no damage is detected after the necessary checks during check-out, the deposit will be refunded.
