Important Guest Notes:

Pool and garden maintenance is carried out every other day by our responsible staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon arrival are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, linen and towel changes, transportation, car rental, and similar services are not included.

A refundable damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required upon check-in. If no damage is found upon check-out, the deposit will be refunded immediately or within 1 week.

For stays shorter than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 6,000 TL is applied.

Pool heating is available for an additional 2,000 TL per day. The pool temperature reaches 25–28°C. Guests must notify 7 days in advance if they require pool heating.
