Important Guest Notes:

Pool and garden maintenance of our villa is carried out every other day by responsible staff.

Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, and initial cleaning upon check-in are included in the price. Extra cleaning requests, linen and towel changes, transportation, and car rental services are not included in the price.

A refundable damage deposit of 10,000 TL is required upon check-in for Villa Mavna Özlem. After the final inspection at check-out, if no damage is detected, the deposit will be refunded on the same day or within 1 week at the latest.

A cleaning fee of 5,000 TL is required for stays shorter than 7 nights.
